Welcome to the Roga account deletion page. Here, you can request the deletion of your personal data associated with your Roga account. Follow the simple steps below to proceed.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to Your Account
   
   • Log in to your account using your chosen method (Email, Google account, or Apple ID).
2. Navigate to Account Settings
   
   • Go to the ‘Settings/Account’ page within your Profile section.
3. Click the Delete My Account Button
   
   • Click on the ‘Delete My Account’ button.
4. Review and Confirm
   
   • Review the information provided, and if you agree, check the box labeled ‘Yes, I want to delete my account.’
5. Email Confirmation
   
   • A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
6. Finalize Deletion
   • Click the link in the email to finalize the deletion of your account.

Types of Data Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following types of data will be permanently deleted:

• Log in to Your Account
  
  • Name, Email, Date of Birth, Gender.
• Navigate to Account Settings
  
  • Activity logs, Preferences, Achievements, Session History.
• Click the Delete My Account Button
  
  • Stress score, Stress level, Stress Report, Mood Report.

Data Retention Information

There is no data retained after account deletion. All your personal and usage data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Important Note

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure that you have saved any important information before proceeding.
