Roga is designed to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and build a calmer daily routine. If your experience isn’t what you hoped for, we offer simple return options depending on how you received your device.
This return policy applies only to purchases made through www.roga.ai. If you purchased a Roga device through a third-party marketplace and you are interested in making a return, then please contact that third-party marketplace.
If you purchased a Roga device (not through a free trial), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible:
• You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The device must be returned in good working condition with all included accessories.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping:
• Once we received your request a prepaid return label will be provided.
Some customers receive a Roga device through our 15-day free trial program.
To avoid charges:
• You must cancel your trial within 15 days of receiving the device, and
• You must return the device using the return label provided.
• If you cancel but do not return the device within the 15-day window, you will be charged the full device price.
• If no action is taken before the 15-day period ends, your trial will automatically convert and you will be charged for the device.
Shipping:
• If the device is returned, free-trial customers will have to pay $8.99 for return shipping.
• If the device is not returned, the full device price charge will apply.
• Once we received your request a prepaid return label will be provided.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Once your request is approved:
• The device must be shipped back to Roga Life Inc.
• Refunds (or cancellation of the trial) will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
• Devices not received within the required window will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.
• Returned devices must be in good working condition and include the original accessories and packaging. Damage due to misuse may result in refusal of refund or additional charges.
If you purchased Roga from an authorized reseller or marketplace, their return policy applies. We cannot process returns for third-party purchases.
